At JTECH Medical, we put you first. That is why JTECH offers several ways to get the technical support and hardware protection you need for your JTECH System.
Yearly Evaluation, Calibration and Repair
Every device under warranty contract receives a free annual calibration and inspection*. Any deterioration, damage or electrical concern is addressed, repaired and/or replaced. This not only prevents the device from having to be repaired unexpectedly, it also keeps it functioning properly with top-notch capability. The minimum charge for just an evaluation is $90 per device. With the hardware maintenance plan these incidentals and preventative measures are covered at no charge. This provides you with the peace of mind that the devices you own continue to meet JTECH’s high standards of accuracy.
Standard repair time for a device with an expired warranty is approximately 9 business days; 3 days for evaluation, 3 days for payment authorization, and 3 days for repair. Your hardware maintenance contract grants you priority status which means expedited service, bypassing the evaluation and payment authorization. Your equipment can be repaired, calibrated, and shipped in as little as 3 business days. In other words, turnaround time with Guardian is less than 1/2 of the time it takes for devices not under the Guardian plan.
Eligibility for Our Rental Program
In the event one of your devices needs to be sent in we can immediately send you a replacement at a discounted rental rate, thus allowing you to avoid periods of time where you are left without instruments crucial to your practice.
24-Hour Device Support
Guardian Members requiring support by phone save time with priority call routing and are also eligible for after-hours support. We are now available to you for unlimited technical support via phone, fax, email or online chat.
Cost of Repair
If you have hardware issues, repairs are free*. In the event something can’t be repaired, replacement devices are issued at no cost to you*.

Changes in the healthcare industry, insurance carrier requirements and feedback from medical professionals often necessitate critical updates to JTECH software. Guardian Membership is a cost-effective way to stay up to date and at the cutting edge of physical performance evaluation and documentation by accessing these critical updates. Although Guardian Members can request updates be sent on USB flash media, updates can be downloaded from your support portal directly from your testing station, saving you valuable time.
Guardian Members benefit from JTECH’s continued investment and commitment to technology and product development through unlimited technical support via phone, fax, email or online chat. Guardian Members requiring support by phone save time by skipping ahead of non-member callers with priority call routing and are also eligible for exclusive after-hours support. Our expert technical support representatives can even connect to your PC remotely via the internet to troubleshoot problems with you.
Take advantage of exclusive training resources available to Guardian Members to become an expert with JTECH systems. From one-on-one web-based training with our friendly and knowledgeable staff, to anytime access to online software tutorials that can be reviewed wherever you may be, Guardian Members are uniquely positioned to obtain the training and knowledge necessary to be successful. Clinic consultants are available to Guardian Members to help educate staff when using JTECH devices.
