This mid-level, hands-on course is intended for evaluators who have functional capacity evaluation and assessment experience, have taken JTECH's Introduction to Functional Testing, Evaluation and Assessment seminar or other FCE courses and can demonstrate competency of basic FCE concepts.
Understand each step of the Functional Capacity Evaluation and how to administer tests
Use the diagnosis, job requirements and job demands to match the subject to a job
Perform physical effort tests
Identify tests necessary for determining reliability of effort issues
Create quality FCE reports for referral sources and legal reviews
Design a report that quickly gives the reviewer a "snapshot" of the full evaluation
Reinforce your classroom learning by designing, performing and creating a report for an actual FCE as a group during the seminar. |
