In 2008 RGL's Workers' Compensation premium was $684,000. In 2009 RGL's premium is $464,000 with more employees and 2 new divisions. As of April 1, 2009, RGL has gone 2 years and 26 days without a lost-time injury. Last year RGL passed one million man hours without a lost-time injury. RGL is now in line for a work comp premium "rebate" of $154,000 because their total dollar volume in claims was 5% or less of their total premiums. It has been calculated that the company will save approximately $65,000 in premiums at renewal time in 2009.

Founded in 1998, Dr. Kenny has built a very busy clinic by not only providin g family chiropractic care, but also diversifying into employer services. He consults employers of northeastern Wisconsin by assisting them in reducing costs associated with work injuries. He performs on-site evaluations for new hires as well as fitness testing for the Green Bay, Wisconsin Fire Department. He is a gatekeeper for two large corporations in Green Bay. By performing these services, he has provided tens of thousands of dollars of savings to his 60+ employer accounts. Dr. Kenny teaches his employer services programs to other chiropractors and physical therapists nationwide. He is certified in jobsite analysis through JTECH Medical. He is also certified by DATIA (Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association) as a collector of drug and breath alcohol samples. His clinic is an accredited DATIA clinic.
