JTECH Medical today announced the issuance of a U.S. patent covering its IsoTrack Pro™ System, currently marketed to more than 250,000 physical therapists, occupational therapists and chiropractors in the United States and abroad.The patent, number 6,227,047, entitled "Strength Evaluation Isometric Testing System" allows 41 claims covering the technology. The patent describes the testing apparatus for performing isometric strength tests on individual muscles and joints of a patient, including a force-measuring device that can be aligned with the joint line of action.
