This course is intended for evaluators with an understanding of basic FCE concepts, prior FCE experience, or who have attended JTECH Medical’s Objective Functional Testing and Documentation Hands-On Training Workshop
This course provides licensed medical providers (PT, OT, DC, MD) the opportunity for certification. All support staff (PTA, OTA, PA, EP) in offices that provide FCEs are encouraged to attend.
Instructor - Lisa Fitzpatrick, OTR/CHT, CAE, CEAS
Lisa is the founder and president of Ergo Links, Inc., a company focused on creating an ergonomically healthy workplace and developing return to work programs to assist patients and corporations. Lisa has been performing FCEs for a variety of purposes for 14+ years and has researched and practiced ergonomics and injury prevention. Lisa has 20+ years of clinical experience working with injured patients in a variety of settings, providing expert witness case reviews, occupational analyses on musculoskeletal disorders and disability, plus a specialty in the hand and upper extremity market. Lisa offers services to individuals who have suffered Traumatic Brain Injuries and who require specific attention and tests that a normal return to work FCE may not. Lisa has presented on ergonomics, injury prevention, and FCEs at the state and national level. Lisa is currently pursuing a doctorate degree.

Checks must be received 30 days prior to seminar or a credit card will be needed to guarantee your seat.
Cancellations will incur a $30 service charge regardless of when cancellation is submitted. If cancellation is requested two weeks prior to the seminar, a refund may be requested. Cancellation requests received within two weeks of a seminar are eligible for a credit on your JTECH account. Cancellations will not be accepted after the seminar has started. Registration fees do not include travel or lodging expenses. JTECH is not responsible for fees charged by airlines, hotels or other parties due to seminar cancellation or rescheduling.
